KUSTAWI is a group of postgraduate students with a vision to create a sense of community and belonging for Black and African descent students and professionals in the University. KUSTAWI, is a Swahili word meaning "to flourish and blossom". This well captures our main goal for this event which is creating a platform that will bring black and African Heritage students and professionals together. giving us a space to belong, nurture each other, thrive and grow to our full potentials.
