£5 credit promotion terms

These are the terms and conditions for the £5 credit giveaway run by FIXR, (the “Promotion”). FIXR is owned and operated by VIPR Digital Limited, Cameo House, 11 Bear Street, London WC2H 7AS, registered company number 08184813.

TERMS

1. The Promotion is only open to recipients of the promotional email sent by FIXR. Claims by other parties shall be invalid. 
2. Employees of FIXR, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to claim the Promotion.
3. Internet access and a valid FIXR account are required to claim the Promotion.
4. As a recipient of the Promotion, you will be able to claim £5 credit in your FIXR account using a designated credit code. Credits are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
5. One credit code can be redeemed per person.
6. The deadline for you to enter the credit code (https://fixr.co/my-profile#credits) is defined in the email addressed to you. In any event, the Promotion shall expire at 23.59 (GMT) on 31st December 2023.
7. Once redeemed as per point above (6), you will have seven (7) days from the time of redemption to use the discount.
8. The code will automatically be used against the total value of your next booking on FIXR. If the total booking value is below £5, no cash change or additional credit will be issued, and you will forfeit any remaining balance.
9. FIXR reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
10. To the extent permitted by the law, FIXR will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort including without limitation negligence, statutory duty or otherwise).
11. If someone or something tampers with this Promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, FIXR and its agencies will not be responsible if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned.
12. By accepting the Promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. You will also be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the event for which you have booked tickets on FIXR using the credit code. Failure to comply with these may result in you not being admitted to the event and FIXR shall have no obligation to refund your booking or issue you with alternative credit. 
13. These terms and conditions are governed under English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with the Terms.
14. The Promotion  may not be used in conjunction with any other offer provided by FIXR (or third-party agencies acting on FIXR’s behalf).
15. FIXR's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
