Rich in ancient history, romantic ambience and fun activities, York is renowned for its exquisite architecture, tangle of quaint cobbled streets, iconic York Minster and wealth of visitor attractions. Dive into the captivating world of the past at the Jorvik Viking Centre, unleash your inner detective at the interactive York Dungeon, or embark on a ghost tour through the city's haunted streets. Indulge in traditional Yorkshire pudding or explore the vibrant food scene, with delicious treats from local bakeries and cafes, and many independent stores. Meet at the Parkinson Building steps at 8:30 am to depart at 8:45 am. This trip is not guided, once we reach York you are free to explore the city on your own. We will be arriving back in Leeds at approximately 6 pm (depending on traffic). Ticket includes return coach travel. Pick-up/drop-off will be at Parkinson Steps. All tickets are non-refundable.
