The Rookery Comedy Club

Join us upstairs at The Rookery in Otley for a night of stand up comedy and improvised sketch from a variety of talented performers. The night will feature 4 stand up comedians - a mix of new acts and experienced acts trying new material - plus improvised sketch from Chris Lumb and Phil Allan-Smith AKA 'The Halls of Ridiculous' The Halls of Ridiculous are fresh from their recent run at the Edinburgh Fringe this year, Chris and Phil will close the show with a number of short form improvised sketches - all created from the audience suggestions. Chris and Phil have been performing Improv comedy for a number of years now as part of The Discount Comedy Checkout, this new concepts combines all the brilliance of improv with a variety of different characters and sketch. A favourite at festivals and comedy clubs all over the north, expect lots of laughs and bring along plenty of imagination.
