To speed up boarding, we would prefer you print it, but showing it on your phone is accepted. The times & location shown are for guidance only. TO ENSURE YOU KNOW WHERE TO GO, YOU WILL NEED THE DETAILS AS SET OUT IN PART 2. Part 2. BOARDIND DETAILS You will receive an email - usually 5 days prior to departure (or later if you have booked last minute). This email will provide you with the exact details (boat name, pier, time). without this info, you won't know where to go. PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER and look out for an email from [email protected] Failure to follow the above instructions may lead to you missing the boat. No refunds will be given. TIMING & LOCATION & BOAT NAME - Usual timings on SATURDAYS are: Boarding - 7.45pm, Depart - 8pm Return - 11.45m, End – Midnight. On occasion, we may have to bring the timings forward by 15 mins. The boat only arrives at the Pier for the boarding time, so if you’re early and can’t see the boat, don’t panic. - We use various Piers. The boat will always start and finish at the same Pier. The most commonly used Piers are: Festival Pier (SE1 8XZ) or Westminster Pier (SW1A 2JH) - We use a variety of party boats. YOUR BOAT, TIMES AND PIER WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, AS MENTIONED ABOVE. DRESS CODE - The dress code is smart casual. Smart Jeans and trainers ARE permitted). If you wish to wear fancy dress, this must not be deemed offensive to any other guest. If it’s hot and you wish to wear shorts, that’s fine. *please see the ‘after party’ venue’s dress code below. FOOD - Shortly after setting sail, a buffet will be served. Please ensure you notify us no later than 3 days prior to departure of any dietary requirements. - Own food is NOT permitted unless otherwise agreed by us. DRINK - The licensed bar(s) are well stocked with a wide selection of drinks. Payment can be made by card or cash but we always recommend having some cash in case the card terminals have a technical issue. When you’re in the middle of the river, you can’t just pop to a cash point….unless you want to swim?! - Many of the boats have a CHALLENGE 21yrs or 25yrs policy, so if you are or look under these ages, please ensure you have photo ID to avoid any disappointment at the bar. - Own drink is NOT permitted. SMOKING - Smoking is permitted on the designated outside deck only. SEATING - All the boats used vary in size and layout. In order to ensure a party atmosphere, seating is informal; non-reservable and limited. We do not allocate groups to tables. Everyone moves around during the evening and you’ll often find tables/seats available as the evening progresses. SECURITY - Security may be present and may carry out searches upon boarding. We ask that you kindly cooperate to ensure a speedy boarding process. BEHAVIOUR - The boat remains under the Captain’s control. Should the Captain or Security have reason to doubt your intentions or passenger safety, he reserves the right to refuse boarding or to stop the cruise and remove you from the premises. No refunds will be given. AFTER PARTY GUEST-LIST - To be added to the guest list, you must notify us so that we can inform the night club. The nightclub choices are either Ministry of Sound, Be at One, POPworld or Beduins. All require travel from the pier. We do not provide transportation and the nightclubs are independent to our Company. Here are their T&C’s: - Should the venue be full to capacity you will be at the front of the queue - Dress code is smart/casual. No sportswear allowed. - We are a challenge 25 venue, if you are lucky enough to look younger than 25 we may request photographic ID (passport or Driving, provisional License). - You must give the booking name as per your ticket - otherwise, entry will be refused. - A guest list does not guarantee admission for any guests. - Management reserve the right to refuse admission in line with licensing laws and venue policy.
