Teens Safety Workshop

TEEN SAFE AGES: 13-18 years old 10:00AM-12:00PM COBRA’s Teen Safe workshop is taught all over the world. It’s very effective in teaching teenagers how to deal with real life situations and threats. Children and teenagers are being approached inappropriately or lured into vehicles by strangers. As this is happening more and more, schools now put out warning emails to parents. The Police also issued warnings and upped their patrol in some areas. COBRA’s Teen Safe workshop is designed to empower teenagers how to deal with these situations. We provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to stay safe as they become more independent. The workshop is a lot more than physical self defence. As well as learning these skills they will also learn, anti abduction techniques and escapes, social media safety, travelling alone, peer pressure and deescalation skills. They will also learn threat recognition, body language and safe distances. All training is age appropriate, effective and engaging. Our workshops are designed to help participants naturally engage an emergency response when exposed to a dangerous or threatening situation.
