T3W3 Stand-Up Paddle Boarding!!

Join OODS for our annual tradition of SUP Boarding! We will head out onto the Exe on some paddleboards for a trip of antics, games and splashing! Meet at Haven Banks at 14:45 for two hours of fun on the water. No previous experience necessary however you MUST be able to swim 25metres unassisted to participate. Please wear swimming costumes and clothes suitable to go under a wetsuit! The centre will be providing these but you can bring your own if you wish. You need to wear shoes that are suitable for going in the water (Fran would personally recommend old trainers or water shoes). If you have asthma or any heart conditions please let Fran know upon arrival. This event is accessible but does require significant physical effort.
