T3W2 OODS Beach Day - With Surfing and Body Boarding!

Join OODS on a beach trip to Bude! We will be taking public transport to the pretty Cornish town of Bude to spend an enjoyable day on the beach. This will involve surfing, body boarding and general fun. Meet the committee at Paris Street Stop 16 at 08:55 to catch the 9:07 6A bus to Bude. We will arrive at Bude for approximately midday and hire out surf and body boards. The company also provide wetsuits. There are two buses out of Bude back to Exeter, you must be on one of them: - 15:10 - 18:15 This will get you back to Exeter at latest 20:30. Attendees will pay for transport (£2 singles do apply to this route) and board/wetsuit hire themselves. SURF BOARD & WETSUIT = £25 BODY BOARD & WETSUIT = £15 SURF BOARD ONLY =£15 BODY BOARD ONLY = £10 WETSUIT ONLY = £10 We strongly recommend packing a lunch or bringing money for food to Bude. Attendees must be able to swim 25 metres unassisted if they intend to go in the water. Bude beaches do have accessible toilets and entry to the beach. However, surfing and body boarding are high effort activities so individual consideration is highly recommended.
