North Taproom: Circle Square are launching their first ever Supper Club! An evening of delicious, limited edition bao from Little Bao Boy, with the finest mixed/spontaneously fermented beer pairings from Crossover Blendery + Balance Brewering & Blending. If you're interested in learning more about the process of pairing food and drink and adore the flavours of kimchi, sriracha, soy braised pulled mushrooms and crispy deep-fried tofu in a mash up of East meets West, then you'll love this tasting! Tickets include: - 3 course Little Bao Boy tasting menu - 3 x tasting beers from Crossover - 3 x tasting beers from Balance Meat + Vegan option available, choose applicable ticket.
