Sunday Long Run (17/09/23)

Come and join UoE Athletics on a Sunday Long Run aimed at all those doing distance based events! We will be running 12-14km and 14-16km loops around 5:00-5:30 min/km pace. Meet at Stoke Hill roundabout at 10:00. First years - we will meet you at the bottom of Forum Hill at 09:45. See you there! NOTE: this is for aimed at those who can run comfortably for over an hour.
