Students from all over the midlands are welcome to join us in a festival of Horse Racing, Entertainment, Live Band & DJs, and much more! Dating back to 1883, Leicester Racecourse plays host to huge annual events such as Ladies Day where thousands of people enjoy a fun filled day of racing, entertainment and drinks! Last year we launched our Student Race Day, which was a spectacular success, so this year we go BIGGER AND BETTER! This year expect... - 7 British horse racing regulated races - Fun Fair Entertainment - Live DJs throughout - After Party including live ABBA Tribute Band on outdoor stage! - Souvenir welcome photo's/backdrop - Best dressed competition - Food stalls - Pop up bars - Bookie stalls - Paparazzi style photographers - 360 photo booth Our gates open at midday, with the first race starting at 1.55pm, so make sure you get in early so you don’t miss a thing!
