Recent concert highlights include performances at Kettle’s Yard, Conway Hall, BBC Radio 3, the Red House Aldeburgh for Britten-Pears Arts and a Northern tour taking in two full-house concerts at Skipton Town Hall and the King’s Hall in Ilkley. In recent seasons, the trio has been touring their ‘Why No Women Mozarts?’ series in the UK and North America, featuring music by living and historic women composers. This year the trio is exploring a fascinating oeuvre of Classical works by the contemporaries of Beethoven, Haydn and Mozart, bringing brilliant but forgotten composers such as Kozeluch, Gyrowetz and Kuhlau to light. The Trio are passionate cross-art collaborators and educators with a portfolio including multimedia projects with the Smoking Apples puppeteers and filmmaker Julian Hand, and various outreach projects for children and teenagers across the UK. Their latest educational workshops, in partnership with NMC Recordings, have taken place in schools around East London and Newcastle upon Tyne. The trio also premiered a family show 'Three Little Mammoths' in Glasgow featuring comedian Janey Godley, supported by the Hope Scott Trust, with the next performance taking place at Three Choirs Festival in July.
