Screening of Godzilla Minus One at Campus Cinema (6:15pm)

One of the most thrilling and engaging action flicks of the year, Godzilla Minus One is brand new take on the iconic Japanese monster, this time focused more on the human element rather than the monster but nevertheless packed with stunning action sequences that depict Godzilla in all of his destructive glory. Set near the end of World War 2, we see Japan already struggling to recover from the destruction caused when a new much bigger terror arises threatening to completely wipe out the country. Despite having only a 15 million dollar budget, this film boasts some of the most captivating and impressive special effects of 2023. This is a refreshing new take on the almost 70 year old franchise that will blow you away on the big screen.
