Imperial College Sri Lankan Society proudly presents Sapphire 2024. The largest Sri Lankan event in Europe! This is an 18+ event. All tickets purchased are non-refundable. This year all proceeds will be donated to Imperial College Sri Lankan Society and it's charity of choice 'Sparkes Home' We also have an exciting group of very talented artists lined up this year with Corrine Almedia, Dinesh Gamage & Kaizer Kaiz. We look forward to welcoming all of you, Best Wishes, Imperial College Sri Lankan Society ---------------------- FULL EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1.⁠ ⁠Transfer: Tickets are valid only for the person named on the ticket, but can be transferred to another person subject to you finding someone to transfer the ticket to.  2.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable: Tickets are all non-refundable  3.⁠ ⁠No Resale: Tickets cannot be sold, but can be transferred to another party (refer to clause 1), please contact us for any ticket transfers on [email protected]  4.⁠ ⁠Valid ID Required: A valid ID matching the ticket holder's name is necessary for entry.  6.⁠ ⁠Age Restrictions: Tickets are only valid if you are 18+; age verification at the door is required (Government ID must be presented on the door with a valid expiry date). You will be refused entry into the venue if you are unable to provide valid ID  7.⁠ ⁠Date-Specific: Tickets are only valid for the specified date (30/03/2024)  8.⁠ ⁠Time-Specific: Tickets are only valid before last entry into the venue (10PM) on the day  9.⁠ ⁠No Re-Entry: Re-entry is not permitted once admitted with the ticket 10.⁠ ⁠No Outside Food or Drink: Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed 11.⁠ ⁠No Professional Cameras/Recording Equipment: Professional photography equipment is prohibited, unless you have been given prior approval from the event organiser 12.⁠ ⁠Dress Code: Entry may be denied if the attendee does not comply with the dress code 13.⁠ ⁠Program Subject to Change: Event schedules and performers may be subject to change without notice. 14.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Clause: The issuer reserves the right to cancel the event or invalidate tickets in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure, unforeseen emergencies, or circumstances beyond their control. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders are not eligible for a refund or alternative arrangements as outlined in the cancellation clause 15.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability: The event organizers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other incidental expenses incurred by ticket holders as a result of the event cancellation or postponement. 16.⁠ ⁠Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event 17.⁠ ⁠The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee deemed to pose a danger to themselves, other attendees, or the event itself without refund or recourse. 18.⁠ ⁠COVID-19 related event cancellations or postponements shall be considered force majeure events, and the event organizers shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising from such circumstances
