SAASUM Spring Summit 2024: Empowering Africa

SAASUM 23-24 invites our beloved followers and new attendees to our Winter 2024 10 Year Anniversary Summit. This year's theme is "Empowering Africa: Unveiling the hidden drivers shaping tomorrow" where we hope to discuss the underrepresented groups that are pushing Africa forward and how to better include them in future conversations. We are particularly enthused by this topic as it in many way encompasses the spirit of SAASUM: encouraging the furthered conversation or mobilization of socio-economic and political endeavors across the continent of Africa. To further celebrate, our summit will honor the attendance of our Co-Founder, Bradley Poku-Amankwah, as well as a few other past SAASUM Directors. The event will feature collaborations between three major University organizations, the newest SAASUM Review publication, and some exclusive 10 Year Anniversary SAASUM merchandise available for purchase. Additionally, an exciting new collab with an up-and-coming, student-run Mexican food catering start-up means that ticket-holders will get limited (first come first serve) access to Lo's Tacos tasting during the Summit intermission.
