Join the University of Exeter's Politics Society for a free informative seminar concerning the Israel-Palestine conflict on the 28th of March from 6 PM to 8 PM at Forum Exploration Lab 2.
We will be joined by four leading University of Exeter academics: Professor Ilan Pappé, Professor Michael Dumper, Dr. Rama Sahtout and Abdulla Moaswes.
The event will take on an interactive seminar format comprised of three academic talks, a fact-busting quiz, a short film screening and a collaborative group discussion facilitated by our academics.
The seminar will focus on answering two key questions:
1) If there is a cessation of hostilities what are the immediate issues that have to be dealt with?
2) If there is an alternative to the two-state solution, which one do you think has the best chance of being adopted?
We will take an analytical approach to these questions through these activities.
