Oliver's Cider Guided Tasting

We're honoured at North Bar Leeds to be joined by the one and only Tom Oliver, of Oliver's Cider, for a tasting like no other! Oliver's make a selection of fine Herefordshire ciders and perries with an emphasis on "balance" and "character" coupled with "drinkability". Throughout the guided tasting you will hear all about Oliver's processes, history and what they do to respect the earth's natural resources and the environment, whilst creating the most delicious cider and perries you've tasted. Your ticket will include: - 6 ciders or perries - a snacking board of cheese, pickles and apples There are limited spaces available for this tasting - tasting should last approximately 90mins, with a chance to chat with Tom Oliver after the tasting.
