Neon Dance Fit Party

Neon Dance Fitness Party is a fun female only dance workout. No dance experience is needed, this is aimed at all fitness levels - everyone who identifies as female is welcome!! The session will take place in a darkened room with disco lights, neon lights, and glow sticks. Just bring your funkiest selves along.
