A veritable haberdashery of all things heavy and weird, join us in ritual headbanging and general tom-foolery
LLLAMA LLAMA - Two-piece Psycadelic-Dance-Punk, bringing an equal amount of sock-knockoff-able heavy riffs, and knee high dance beats, all under a generous sprinkling of the fantastical. Don the googly eyes and prepare the primal screams.
Sayseamake - sayseamake started playing together back in uni days, and they quickly found their sound in the intersection of jazz, ambient, electronic music, and alternative rock. Busy beats join textural vocals and synth bass lines. Extended chords support distorted guitar riffs, odd time signatures make jazzy piano chords feel right at home.
FFO: BADBADNOTGOOD, Radiohead, Mars Volta, A Perfect Circle, Porcupine Tree, Zero7
Thee Spicy Leviathan - Thee Spicy Leviathan are a monsterous four piece from Manchester delivering a stark mix of Alt rock, Stoner riffs and raw 90s grunge nostalgia. Screams, whispers, wardrums, grooves and guitar channeling you can grind your third eye off to
HYLUR - HYLUR is an Icelandic rock band that consists of four childhood friends. HYLUR’S music deals
with the human aspect of our existence. It can be complicated, frustrating, fun, exciting and scary
to be a human being and to sing about your problems in upbeat rock songs has a great healing
power.
HYLUR plays melodic pop/rock music. We listened to The Beatles a lot when we were little, then
the college rock, britpop and indie rock won our hearts. Our music is a fusion of all these
directions.
The members of the band met around the age of 14 in Stykkishólmur, Iceland and have remained
best friends ever since. They had worked together on various musical projects before forming
HYLUR in 2020.
The band finished their debut LP “HYLUR” in the summer of 2022 and it came out in September
2023. The singles Town and Hideaway from the album both went to no.2 on the top 20 list on
Icelandic rock radio station X977 - Midnight went to no.1.
All tickets purchased go DIRECTLY to the BANDS, not a single penny spent on promoters.
