Join us for the second Koggno Live event. During the event Koggno will be joined by three guest speakers, Rob Rea, Maudie Evitt & Rayyan Zafar, who will explore mental health; self discovery; breathwork; the magic of mushrooms & specific approaches to psychological well-being. There is limited space to take part in a breath workshop prior to the event- all workshop ticket holders have access to the talks and reception included in their ticket price! This event brings conversations around mental health to the forefront and creates a safe space to explore different approaches. Reception and drinks are included in the ticket price (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
