Since it's doors first opened, Greys Club has been a trailblazer when it comes to student-led, music-focused and inclusive events in Newcastle. Speak to generations gone by for their many tales of legendary nights on the terrace, now it’s time for a fresh wave of raveseekers to experience this iconic cult classic! The Newcastle Ravers Collective have recently been given the opportunity to take over this unique venue so we’re gassed to bring it back to its former glory! We wanted to hear from the students of Newcastle to make sure we got it right for the people that matter. Speaking to so many of you guys over the last few months confirmed our view that certain music genres are underrepresented in Newcastle, despite being home to some of the biggest sounds in the UK right now across raves, events and festivals. So after piecing all of this together, we’ve created a team of like minded individuals who all love the music we’re providing, the event will launch Friday 26th of January… KODA will be an unprecedented 5 room party with a music-led collective approach with sounds that students want to hear, played by up & coming student DJs in this city.
