About

Calling all transsexuals, high femmes, lipstick lesbians, bad girls, cute girls, scary girls, mean girls, Gender Studies majors, nice girls, hormonal girls, Judith Butler haters, power bottoms, brats, pussy stunters, and ALL those who love them. WHORE MOANS is a club-cabaret extravaganza brought to you by the mouth-watering Nothing More to Say and the iconic King’s Bunker. WHORE MOANS is an event held at SIX SIX (Cambridge, Grafton Centre) on Tuesday 13th June. This space centres queer femmes, techno/hyperpop/pop lovers and all those who want to let their hair down and dance in a space of love, liberation, solidarity and euphoria. Dress code is slutty/glam/sexy/crazy/kinky/whorish/campy/absurd/hot - just don’t be boring. There will be several DJs from the Playtime collective performing throughout the night, lineup TBC. From 8-11pm DJ sets will be interspersed with debached slaggy nightlife spectaculars from the Nothing More to Say girls and some very special guests… Think somewhere between a club night and a late-night cabaret. Proceeds from the party will go toward funding 52 Monologues for Young Transsexuals @ Edinburgh Fringe 2023, so if you come you’re an ally TBH. MWAH! See you girls there…………… x Our ethos: 1. This is first and foremost a party by and for queer and trans people. We work to create a space for marginalized communities to celebrate themselves and one another, and ask that you join in that work with us. 2. This is a site of solidarity, community, and liberation. We come together to party, and uplift one another. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated, nor will aggressive dancefloor behaviour. 3. Any and all forms of prejudice or harassment will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove and blacklist you at our discretion if you are found to have threatened the safety of our community. ACCESSIBILITY INFO: - Wheelchair access: full wheelchair access to the venue via the front entrance and an accessible toilet inside the venue - Gender neutral toilet available at the venue - Car parking: there is a nearby carpark at Grafton West with blue badge parking - There isn't a hearing loop, or a BSL interpreter available during the night - There is no designated quiet space at the venue - Strobe lighting - there will be strobe lighting at the event
