Juggle and flow - circus skills exchange

Our weekly Juggling and Flow - Circus Skills Exchange session. 7pm - 8pm -> beginners workshops 8pm - 10pm -> skills exchange (all welcome!) All thing circus: juggling, poi flow, hula-hooping, acro-yoga, etc. New-bee --> discover a new, fun way to practice your balance, focus and dexterity. Experienced --> share your skills and knowledge, and meet other circus enthusiasts Come as you are, or bring along your clubs, balls, pois, hula-hoops, etc. All levels welcome. We are meeting every Thursday in Lemon Grove Back Room to practice and discuss potential events. Everyone can be as much or as little involved as they wish. One rule: be kind.
