Intro to Hockey

A fun, social and informal session for men and women which is aimed at new or returning players. This session is an opportunity to try hockey, maybe for the first time! Don’t worry if you’re a little apprehensive of rules, don’t know anyone or lack equipment. Our coaches will guide you through a fun, relaxed session all in a super-friendly environment. The session will cover the basics of hockey such as passing, tackling and shooting and will finish with a fun small sided game to put those skills to practice! If you have your own stick and hockey equipment then by all means bring it with you. Otherwise we will have spare sticks on hand if you don’t have your own. Shin pads and gum shields will not be a requirement if you don’t own them. Please wear sporty clothing and trainers with a good grip on them. We hope to see you there 💚
