Glasgow University Athletics Club Taster Session 2 The second of two taster sessions for GU Athletics. Session will take place from 15:00 17:00 at Scotstoun Stadium on Wednesday 13th September and is open to everyone. Can't wait to see you all there! Transportation Meet outside the James McCune Smith (JMS) Building on Uni Avenue at 11:30 and 14:30 for the shuttle buses to the respective sessions. What to wear? Sports clothes, running shoes and track spikes if you have them. Also a jacket as the weather could vary. The Session We will be running warm-ups followed by a typical training session for sprints. distance, throws and jumps.
