Folk Society Welcome Week Ceilidh

Arriving at University can be a disorienting time, so come join Folk Soc’s Ceidilh for a night of swings and spins to help get your bearings! Ceilidh’s are often held at weddings and parties and are similar to a barn dance. They have an explanation shortly before each dance, meaning prior knowledge is not required. Highly recommended: comfy shoes and water bottle. The event will be at Friday 7-10PM in the Terrace (on campus), with music played by our very own band. Hope to see you there. Although the event is free we would appreciate you booking tickets so we can better estimate numbers.
