FNT Hours

Female, Non-Binary and Transgender Gym Hours are open to anyone who self-identifies as any of the above. Come along to Studio 1 if you'd like to work out in a quieter environment! These hours will take place every Friday 19:00 - 20:30. We have fully qualified PT and coach on hand to help out if you need anything!
