Financial Management for Small Organisation Leaders - Training

SWIDN is thrilled to announce this finance training session designed with small organisations in mind. The training will be led by Stuart Davis, SWIDN trustee and specialist charity sector finance consultant, and will aim to improve your confidence in financial management. Geared towards generalists overseeing financial procedures, such as budgeting, annual accounts and day to day financial controls, this course is crafted for those not able to benefit from professional finance knowledge due to the scale of their operations. Who Should Attend? If you find yourself responsible for financial procedures and belong to a small organization seeking to enhance financial proficiency, this training is tailored for you. What to Expect: This training session provides a confidential and safe space where participants can freely ask questions, share experiences, and dive into the intricacies of financial management. It is structured to empower attendees with practical insights, tools, and techniques to navigate the financial landscape effectively. Stuart Davis is a qualified accountant (FCMA), with several years’ experience of working at a senior level with renowned charities, including Amnesty International, VSO and Elrha.
