Charity Pizza and Games Night! - Survivors Trust x GCCFS

Charity pizza and board game night in collaboration with Grey College Charity Fashion Show 2024 and the Survivors Trust, from 7-11pm on Thursday 15th February. Hosted in the Durham Student Union. Tickets are £5 on FIXR. All proceeds go to the Survivor's Trust. Tickets go live on 1st February!! Grey College Charity Fashion Show is a student-run initiative that fundraises throughout the year to help a chosen charity. They run charity events such as Bongo's Bingo, pub quizzes, and Paint and Sips throughout the year, ending with one big show stopping event: their charity fashion show. This year, our chosen charity is the Survivor's Trust. The Survivors Trust is a national umbrella charity organisation dedicated to aiding survivors of sexual abuse through physical and mental support. Its resources currently help around 100,000 survivors annually through the aid of the public. A 2018 consultation held found that 62% of students surveyed had experienced sexual violence during their time at university, so we understand the prevalence of advocating and making a change in our community.
