Canoe Club - Kayak Taster Sessions

Join us at the Quay for an exhilarating introduction to the world of kayaking at our Kayak Club Taster Session! Whether you're a seasoned paddler or a complete beginner, this event is designed to provide a taste of the thrill and serenity that kayaking has to offer. On the water is great way to meet new people, with games and activities lead by our skilled instructors. What are you going to do with your freshers week?! Taster session Kit List: (If you're missing any of this, we haves lots of spares! DM our Instagram and we'll make sure you have what you need) On the water :  Shorts/Trousers that can get wet  Top that can get wet (Thermals are good)  Shoes that can get wet  Wetsuit (if you have it)  Suncream (if you have it) Off the water :  Dry change of warm clothes including Underwear and socks  Towel  Dryrobe style towel (if you have it)  Water  Snack  Dry shoes  Plastic Bag for wet gear We’ll provide:  Kayak + Paddle  Buoyancy Aid  Cag (windproof jacket for kayaking)  Helmet  A good time If you don’t have any of these such as a wetsuit, no problem, feel free to DM our Instagram (uni_of_exeter_canoe_club) as we have spares you can use.
