Brit Rock 2022

Hold on to your hats and/or helmets! DUCC will be hosting the Irish premier of Brit Rock on the 3rd of November 2022 at 6pm in the Ed Burke Theatre, Trinity! Brit Rock presents three films showcasing the best of UK climbing and adventuring. 'Queen Lines' follows climbers Anna Hazelnutt and Tom Randall in their quest to ascend the coveted Quarryman in North Wales, and complete the first female repeat of the notorious Walk of Life in Devon! 'Sea to Stone' follows a wild bunch of climbers on their expedition to Greenland, in an attempt to complete the first free climb of Sanderson's Hope! 'Ephemeral' follows Guy Robertson and Greg Boswell in their quest to seek out and climb new winter lines in Scotland! Tickets for the screening will be €10. On the night we will be running a raffle in support of the Irish Youth Climbing Team who are fundraising to send a team to the Climbing World Cup in South Korea. This event is open to the public so be sure to invite friends and family, all are welcome! From all at DUCC, we cant wait to see you there!
