Beginners - 2pm Thursday

14:00 - 15:00 Thursday 16/03/2023 This week in Beginners we will be covering: Cradle spin / Peter pan sit / Ragdoll / Eternal walk / Combo- eternal walk into spin of choice We will be teaching some basic moves for people who are beginner level or have never tried pole before. These classes are taught by 3 committee members, with 3 poles. One of these poles will be silicone; these suits individuals who prefer to wear more clothes (e.g., leggings).
