A unique, 5 week women, women-identifying and non-binary only course designed to teach you how to add free weights into your workouts and perform these exercises with confidence, taught in the privacy of the PTF suite. The course can either be booked for Thursdays 4-5pm, starting on the 2nd of February, or Friday's 5-6pm, starting on the 3rd of February.
