ASA Summer Lunch 2024

Let's do lunch! Get ready to celebrate the start of Summer with us at the Ashford School Association's (ASA) Annual Summer Lunch - an exclusive event for all former pupils and staff of Ashford School and Friars Prep School. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a 2-course lunch paired with wine or a soft drink, and teas and coffees to finish the meal. We would also be delighted for you to join us at the ASA's AGM beforehand - this is the perfect opportunity to hear what the Association has achieved, and to get involved in our community's plans for the future. Saturday 29th June 2024 Ashford Senior School, East Hill, Ashford, TN24 8PB Tickets: £30 Timings: 11:00 - 12:00: Ashford School Association AGM 12:30: Lunch Arrival and Welcome Drinks 13:30: Lunch (2 courses with wine, and teas/coffees to follow) After lunch, you will have the opportunity to join a tour of the Senior School with a member of our Prefect Team as your guide. You can sign up for a tour when booking your ticket. FAQs Can I view the guest list? Book your ticket online and then contact us with the names of your group. Please email [email protected]. Can I bring a guest who is not an alumni of Ashford School? Yes, of course! Plus ones and family members are very welcome to attend. Please contact us if you wish to bring children along. What are my parking options? There will be plenty of space for your car in the Bridge Car Park. What's the refund policy? We'll try to refund your ticket if you're unable to come, however, please note that refunds may be limited due to our tight budget and catering commitments closer to the event, so please do plan accordingly.
