ASA 2023 Summer Lunch

Come and celebrate the beginning of Summer in style at Ashford School at the ASA Annual Summer Lunch - for all former pupils and staff of Ashford School and Friars Prep School. The ticket price includes a welcome drink, 2 course lunch with wine or a soft drink during the meal, followed by teas and coffees. We should also be delighted to welcome guests to join us at the Ashford School Association's AGM beforehand - this is the perfect opportunity to hear what the Association has achieved, and what it's plans are for the future. Timings: 11:00 - 12:00: Ashford School Association AGM 12:30: Arrival and Welcome Drinks 13:30: Lunch (2 courses with wine, and teas/coffees to follow) Once the lunch has finished, there will be the option to have a tour of the Senior School with members of our Prefect Team. Please let us know when booking if you would like to have a tour. FAQs Can I view the guest list? You can book multiple tickets via Eventbrite - and if you do so, it will be assumed you wish to sit together. Alternatively, book your ticket online and then contact our Alumni & Development Office at [email protected]. Can I bring a guest who is not an alumni of Ashford School? Yes, of course! Plus ones and family members are very welcome to attend. What are my parking options? There will be plenty of space for your car in the Bridge Car Park. What can I bring into the event? We'll try to refund your ticket if you're unable to come, but we're operating on a tight budget and the fixed costs of catering will mean that we won't be able to absorb much in the way of refunds close to the day of the event.
