BA1 Golden Ticket

The BA1 Golden Ticket provides entry to all of our undergraduate Freshers Week events, with a total of 8 events running from Monday to Sunday. There are drinks at 4 of the events, and food at 4 events. The Golden Ticket includes events that are not offered as single events, as well as providing a discount compared to the individual tickets. The events included are: Monday 27th - "Peer-to-Peer Donut Picnic", Includes donuts and peer mentors in the VS Common Room. 12:30-1:30pm Monday 27th - "BA1 Mixer" Includes Pizza and at least 2 Beers in the VS Common Room. 7-9:30pm Tuesday 28th - "Boat Party", Tamesis Dock, Embankment: Includes 3 Drinks and snacks. 7-9:30pm Wednesday 29th - "Quiz Night", hosted by QuizSoc x SU. Vernon Square Common room/Online: Includes Snacks and Drinks. 7-8:30pm Friday 1st - "Freshers Fayre". Online. 11-1 Friday 1st - "UWC Drinks Party", University Women's Club: Includes 2 Drinks, Photographer. 7-9:30pm Saturday 2nd - Tate Scavenger Hunt, Tate Modern, Early Afternoon. Sunday 3rd - "Pub Crawl" Afternoon, begins at Lyceum Tavern on the Strand and ends on the steps of St Pauls. - After purchasing the Golden Ticket, each individual event ticket will be sent to you within 72 hours. Please use the individual tickets to access the events on the day. - To keep everyone safe, please LFT on the day of the event and remember to take a photograph of your test to gain entry. Without proof of your negative LFT, you will not be granted entry. - Please do not purchase tickets to other events individually if you have or are going to purchase a Golden Ticket. Please bear in mind that all Freshers' Week events are 18+, and tickets are neither refundable nor transferable. Your ticket will be emailed to you within 72 hours.
