Hopping between gritty techno to more melodic, uplifting rhythms over the last decade, Gabriel Ananda is an artist who refuses to sit still, releasing on Bedrock Records, Truesoul and Traum, before launching his own imprint, Basmati. French duo Marvin & Guy weigh in with their eclectic disco n tech sound alongside Neapolitan techno producers Aldoina, whose relentless rythms add to the mix. With dates at the Kala Festival and Tanzhaus’ 16th Birthday in Frankfurt coming up, Phonica’s go to man behind the counter Luther Vine and our resident DJ completes the bill with his diverse sound, bouncing from moody techno to more melodious productions. The monthly WOO! party run by Augusto Penna (founder &art director) and Raffo de Luca (PR coordinator) WOO! is travelling to Berlin, London, Rome, Florence, Venice, Barcelona and Ibiza to celebrate its anniversary decade. WOO! is a melting pot of everything happening in electronic music worldwide today with recent guests including Juan Atkins, Honey Dijon, Dixon, DJ Koze, Moodyman, Laurent Garnier, Recondite, Matthew Herbert, Booka Shade, Ame and Andrew Weatherall. The first promoters to bring artists like The Black Madonna (2nd in Europe only after Panorama Bar), Nina Kraviz, Octo Octa and Noze to Italy, they’re also behind the Lost In A Moment event in Italy.
