King's Affair

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: There is step-free access to the majority of the spaces at King's Affair, however Keynes Hall and Bunker do not have step-free access. Please get in touch with the Accessibility Lead at [email protected] (or in the form when buying the ticket) and we may be able to arrange a ramp to mitigate any accessibility issues. There is an accessible toilet and gender-neutral toilets. Due to the logistics of the event, there is unfortunately not a hearing loop available. There is not a BSL interpreter currently attending the launch party, however if you would feel more comfortable with an interpreter at the event, please get in touch using the contact information above. There will be a designated quiet space in the coffee shop. If you require any support during the event, members of the committee will be visible - please do not hesitate to speak to one of us so we can make your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. 𝗧&𝗖𝘀: King’s Affair operates on a zero tolerance policy for drugs. Bag checks will be conducted on the door and anyone seen to possess illegal substances will be denied entry without a refund. Those found to be doing drugs on college grounds will be escorted off the premises immediately. External alcohol is also not permitted and will be confiscated on entry. King's Member tickets are only valid for King's members. General release tickets are only valid for Cambridge University members. King's Alumni tickets are only valid for King's Alumni. King's Guest tickets are valid for anyone. King's Alumni Guest tickets are valid for anyone. If you have a King's Member or General Release ticket you will need to bring your camcard to the event. If you have a King's Alumni ticket you will need to bring your alumni card to the event. Everyone will need to bring ID to the event. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry. All tickets are non-refundable.
