About this pass
The Official BIG Freshers Pass for Nottingham Trent gives you access to 10 events of your choice from a lineup of 30+ options plus a ticket to The Freshers Ball and an Official grey NTU Hoodie. Enjoy priority entry to the most in-demand events before they sell out, all while saving money compared to buying individual tickets.
Freshers Events run from Friday 11th September - Sunday 27th September 2026
By purchasing this pass you get priority access to book your Freshers Events from 10th August - 30th August, before anyone else. After this your pass will remain valid to book Freshers Events until the end of Freshers.

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Passes are strictly for first-year NTU students starting September 2026 (including undergraduate, postgraduate, transfer, retake, NTU Mansfield, NTU validated Nottingham College courses, and NTIC students).
You must be 18+. Valid photo ID required (Passport, Driving Licence, or PASS card).
2. How the Pass Works
- The Pass provides pre-paid access to selected Freshers events.
- Events will be released from August 2026 at trentfreshers.org.
- You must use your pass to book a ticket for each event you'd like to attend up to the maximum of 10 - the Pass alone does not give you entry.
- Priority booking for pass holders runs until 30th August 2026.
- Events are subject to availability and may sell out.
- Your Freshers Ball ticket will be sent by email by 22nd September.
- Your hoodie can be collected from the SU shop on your campus from 11th September.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund if NTSU cannot deliver the Freshers programme (excluding non-refundable booking fees).
- If individual events are cancelled, suitable replacements or partial refunds will be offered.
- Refunds are available if you are no longer attending NTU (contact: [email protected]).
4. Event Entry
- Arrival times must be followed where specified.
- Entry is subject to venue terms and capacity limits. Many events sell out so book early to guarantee entry to your chosen events.
- Veunues reserve the right of admission.
