West Beer Fest 2023

Annual Beer Festival where we have Cask Ales, Lagers, Ciders, Gin Bar, Wine & Prosecco West Beer Fest 2023 returns on Saturday 1st July, plus a similar event on the Friday night We will have Cask Ales, lager, Cider, Gin bar and Wine and Prosecco available to purchase Admission to Site is via tickets that must be purchased in advance. You will not be allowed access to the site/club or festival area if you have not purchased a ticket ON arrival to site show your ticket at the admission area and you will be issued with an wristband and receive your Commemorative Glass (non-refundable/non-returnable) and initial drinks chits, all further drinks purchases are made at the ticket desk, and your wristband must be visible to ensure you are permitted to be on-site Live Music on site Free parking for Cars (at owners risk) Attractive and pleasant surroundings , where you can use the outdoor space and indoor areas when you wish. NO ALCOHOL TO BE BROUGHT ON-SITE FOR CONSUMPTION THAT HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED FROM WHRFC - ALL DRINKS MUST BE PURCHASED VIA TICKETS FROM THE TICKET DESK IN THE FUNCTION ROOM. 1 DRINK PER TOKEN/CHIT Children children are not allowed into the clubhouse after 8pm Children must have a ticket to enter the festival ground and no persons will be allowed entry without a ticket ( Soft Drinks an be purchased from the BBQ Stall or the Stag Bar - NO drinks to be brought on-site All bags will be searched on entry to the festival site
