Struggling with stress and anxiety? What you need has four paws, lots of fur, and tons of love to give!  🐶😍 The Mental Health Foundation states that just by stroking, sitting with or playing with an animal, people are given a chance to relax and calm their mind. As part of our commitment to boosting wellbeing, we will be holding bookable sessions where you can hang out with some adorable puppies.
