V1BE – Terms & Conditions 1. General / Administrative Terms By purchasing or using a ticket, the attendee and their parent/guardian consent to the attendee participating in the event and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Due to ticket platform rules, you must be 16+ to purchase a ticket. This does not mean you must be 16 to attend — only to buy. If you are under 16, ask a parent/guardian to purchase your ticket with their permission. This is a ticket-only event. Tickets must be purchased in advance — no tickets will be available on the door. Entry Terms Age restriction: 15–17 only. A photo of I.D will be accepted to make sure you are between these ages to make it safe for everyone. Last entry is 7:00 PM. All bags and individuals are subject to search upon entry for safety purposes. Banned Items include alcohol, illegal drugs, lighters, weapons, sharp objects, aerosols, flammable items, glass bottles, laser pointers, and any other item deemed unsafe by security. Zero-tolerance policy on alcohol, drugs. Entry will be refused without refund to anyone appearing intoxicated or under the influence of substances. Venue staff, V1BE promoters, and security reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if a guest is deemed unfit to attend. 3. Rules During the Event There is no sale of alcohol on site. No outside food or drink permitted. Refreshments will be available inside the venue. A secure cloakroom service is available. V1BE is not responsible for lost or stolen items. A designated lost property area will be available. Inappropriate behaviour, aggression, harassment, or disrespect towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the event. Any serious incidents or breaches will be reported to the appropriate authorities and parents/guardians. Onsite medic and trained SIA security guards and stewards are on duty, exceeding the legal requirement. If you feel unsafe or unwell, please alert a member of venue staff or the V1BE team immediately. By attending, ticket holders consent to being filmed or photographed, with media potentially used for future promotional content. No re-entry: once attendees leave the venue, they will not be permitted back inside. 4. Dispersal / Leaving the Venue Please leave quietly and quickly, respecting neighbours and the local community. Follow all instructions from security and stewards when exiting.
