Live performances with dancers, glitter stations, facepainting & more. We will be taking over The Illawara Hotel with a live music stage and children's entertainment. The perfect opportunity for children to experience their first live concert - The Pink Pop Party will be the ultimate day out. 🌸🦄 Venue: The Illawara Hotel 160-164 Keira St, Wollongong NSW 2500 Date: Sunday 15th November Times: 1pm - 4pm Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18+ IMPORTANT INFO: - In order to provide the best experience possible, we ask that everyone requiring the use of accessibility facilities to get in touch with the venue directly - Everyone who is attending the event will need to purchase a ticket. It is compulsory for all under 18's to be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times. Upon booking tickets you agree to the venues' Minors Policy as outlined in the ticket description - No external food or drinks can be brought into the venue - As this is a live concert, the use of flashing lights and loud music should be considered when buying a ticket. Ear defenders may be recommended for young children. U18 guests must be accompanied at all times by their own parent or legally certified guardian (includes step-parent, parent’s spouse, de facto partner, loco parentis) & both must hold valid tickets. Other person in “loco parentis” is an individual who assumes parental status or responsibilities of another individual with the permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian. The venue will accept the following as a “loco parentis” at a maximum 1:4 (Adult/U18) ratio. Grandparent Uncle/Aunty Godparent Siblings of the age 25 and over Cousins of the age 25 and over Parent of a Friend: Parent accepting responsibility for care of another parent’s child, with the permission of the child's parent or legal guardian. The following relations will not be accepted as a parent or legal guardian or loco parentis: A Partner of a minor (i.e. 20 year boyfriend for a 17 year old girlfriend) A friend (i.e. an 21 year old friend for a 17 year old friend) Cousins or siblings under the age of 25 U18 guests will be wrist-banded on entry and must leave the venue by 10pm.
