For 24 hours, our smoker stays lit and our chefs stay focused, slow-smoking premium cuts to deep, smoky perfection. From Jacob’s ladder to beer can chicken, pork belly bites to a special “Thurston Butcher’s signature link” sausage. Each cut is seasoned, smoked, and rested the right way—no shortcuts, just time and fire.
The night includes:
- a banquet feast of our smoked prime cuts
- Tapas style in house sides & appetizers
- Complimentary drink beer, wine or soft drink
