The day-party is split into two sessions—an afternoon session from 1pm to 5pm and an evening session from 5pm to 9pm. The event brings together an elite lineup of independent street food vendors, chefs, and restaurants from across Wales. In the ultimate global curry cook-off, each premier vendor will showcase their nation's top culinary creation to compete for the ultimate title. While a distinctive panel of judges will taste and evaluate each dish to crown the definitive World Champion Curry in Wales, attendees will also have the power to cast their votes to decide the winner of the prestigious People’s Choice Award. Every vendor will serve a signature dish, rice, and a traditional snack for a flat £10 rate. To ensure inclusivity, every vegetarian option is crafted as an equally flavourful, direct counterpart to the meat version.
