Space Exe and Exeter Photonics - Dartmoor star gazing

We are pleased to announce another Dartmoor star gazing trip with Exeter Photonics. On the night we will have multiple telescopes and several knowledgeable astronomers to guide as through the night sky. Dartmoor will be dark and cold, wrap up warm! Wear appropriate shoes 👟 and clothing 🧥 – it will be muddy. Don't expect to have any phone signal📶. There will be no toilet facilities 🚽, so make sure you go before we leave. Please buy a red torch before coming if possible 🟥🔦. If your torch isn't red, we will ask you to turn it off as it takes 40 minutes for your eyes to adjust after seeing any other light. If the event has to be postponed to due to bad weather it will be rescheduled for the following weekend and your ticket will still be valid. The coach leaves from North Park Road bus stop (outside the LSI building) at 18:15 with or without you, so don't be late! We aim to arrive in Dartmoor at time and arrive back in Exeter at time. Terms and Conditions: - You are responsible for your own safety - Your ticket only covers the coach travel - Wear appropriate shoes and clothing – it will be muddy, wrap up warm, bring an umbrella etc. - If you want to arrive late or leave early, you are responsible for your travel arrangements. We will not be changing the travel arrangements unless there is a medical emergency. - Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
