Simonsig Wine Tasting at Bay Collective - Friday 30 October

We are thrilled to be inviting Simonsig Family Vineyards to Bay Collective this October! Simonsig is nestled in the northern part of the renowned Stellenbosch wine region, at the foot of Simonsberg Mountain and their terroir is shaped by a unique maritime climate influenced by the nearby Atlantic Ocean, ensuring ideal conditions for grape growing. The soils, formed from ancient seabed decomposition over millions of years, include sandstone, granite, and shale, each adding depth and complexity to the wines. Spanning altitudes from 50m to 280m, their vineyards are set within a striking landscape of rolling red hills, majestic mountains, and lush valleys... elements that define the character and diversity of Simonsig wines.
