Programme Outline • Friday Afternoon: Arrive, set up your camp, and ease into the weekend with gentle tunes under the stars. • Saturday: Awake early for an action-packed day of planting thousands of trees, actively restoring the Uilenkraal valley ecosystem. Return to camp for a celebratory forest party! • Sunday: Relax, rejuvenate, and stimulate your mind with educational activities, interactive workshops, guest talks on sustainability, and chilled campfire vibes. • Monday: Enjoy the natural beauty of Bodhi Khaya before departing. Tickets Only a limited number of tickets are available! Secure your place for four days of environmental action and inspiring festivities. Tickets often sell out, so we encourage purchasing in earlier phases to support our festival and contribute to the planet. What's Included with Your Ticket: • Access to the festival grounds for 3-6 April 2026. • A place to pitch your own tent in the beautiful general camping site (bring your own tent). • Facilitated tree planting, including all demos and tools. • Access to all workshops, talks, activities, live music, and performances. • Yoga classes and forest walks. • Professional festival support crew and first-aid services. Tickets Exclude: • FOOD: While snacks are provided during planting, all other meals are available for purchase from our delicious food village. (No open flames allowed). • ACCOMMODATION UPGRADES: Options like Camp & Park, Easy Camp Tents, Luxury Bell Tents, or Bodhi Khaya rooms can be booked separately for enhanced comfort (check Fixr for availability and pricing). • TENTS: If you don't bring your own, tents can be rented separately. • TRANSPORT: Your responsibility to get to the event. Family Friendly Reforest Fest is a welcoming, family-friendly event! Minors (U18s) must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
