What happens at PDN Madrid, Spain?

The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in real estate.
Who typically attends?

About the venue: A cocktail bar and lounge rated 4.4 from more than 5,000 reviews — the most-reviewed venue in the non-UK set — and mid-priced. Note the opening pattern carefully: it is closed Monday and Tuesday, and opens at 5pm from Wednesday. Reviewers describe a Goa-inspired room with sand and low seating, a broad cocktail and mocktail list, and prices at the lower end for central Madrid.
Getting there: The venue is on Calle de Hortaleza in Chueca, right in the centre. Chueca on metro L5 is a three-minute walk and Tribunal on L1 and L10 is four, so it is very well served. A word of warning if you are searching online: there is a separate Hortaleza metro station serving the Hortaleza district in the north-east, nearly 7km away — do not aim for that one. Parking Chueca on Calle de Prim is five minutes away.
