Join us for this special LGBTQ+ History Month workshop hosted in collaboration with Queer Natures!
You are warmly invited to join creative facilitator Dr. Chloe Asker (they/them) from Queer Natures for a fun creative workshop inspired by the Out in Nature Campus Trail. The Out in Nature trail is a collaboration between University of Exeter students, researchers, the grounds team, and visitors. To think queerness and nature together is a powerful intervention into persistent and harmful ideas that LGBTQ+ identities are somehow 'against nature'. The trail invites you to explore the queerness of nature as well as LGBTQ+ history on campus.
This event will include an introduction to the trail as well as an opportunity to engage creatively with the theme of queer nature. All materials will be provided. Tea, coffee and cake will also be provided. Please sign up for a ticket to guarantee your space - we may have some spaces on the door but cannot guarantee this!
